During the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971, when he was the student of Rajshahi University, he left his class room, reached the then just newly formed expat Bangladesh Government Head Quarter in Kolkata, took special military training. Joined the liberation war as group leader.Came back to class room after winning glorious victory in the liberation war.

He was the Research Fellow of National Council of Science & Technology (NCST) leading to M.Phil. Degree Program in Bangladesh Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (BCSIR) & Dhaka University Chemistry Department. He was the Research Fellow of University Grants Commission (UGC) leading to Ph.D. Degree Program in Bangladesh Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (BCSIR) & Dhaka University Chemistry Department.

Joined the Top Management Training program, under the Scholarship of Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) in Japan, in 2002. Joined the Quality Management Training program, under the Scholarship of Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS) in Japan, in 2008.

Established the research & development based organization Remo Chemicals Ltd. & running since 1978. Dipto Chetona Bikash Kendra is the noble product of Remo Chemicals Ltd. Recently he donated his own remarkable share of Remo Chemicals Ltd. to Dipto Chetona Bikash Kendra for its future noble program smoothly.

Visited countries such as USA, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, India, several times.
